Like Proust and his famous madeleine that barely plunged him into the meanderings of memory and childhood, knowledge must also have its madeleine and allow any individual who loses it to be able to find it. What we know is certainly what we have read, seen or learned. Nevertheless, memory and its ability to solicit such knowledge at such a time for adequate use is not done in the act of reading or learning, or even through all existing publications. Memory and knowledge must therefore be readjusted so that their combination works.
Indeed, knowledge endures in space and time, but although it certainly safeguards itself, this scale, which confuses it with publications made of books and paper or digital content, needs to be processed, selected, for a common human project. Publication is lost in the unlimited mass of a whole, it is a discourse that can be crossed when reading, but which is subject to fainting; knowledge is what you are aware of after a reading, it is what can be brought back to you for efficient use. Memory is therefore of crucial importance in the knowledge-related process. And it is in this that the demarcation between publication and knowledge makes sense. In other words, a publication certainly contains knowledge, but the latter to become visible, usable, shareable and useful, requires that it be removed from its passivity, to finally make it active.
In this regard, evolution has led the human brain to focus its tasks on what is important and to set aside what is not. Learning and acquiring a variety of faculties followed a certain order related to useful and functional choices. It was about his survival. Memory is therefore selective, hence our inability to remember everything we have read and learned. In this sense, the human nervous system has developed this ability to store information in data about the environment that encloses it, and this to modify the landscape according to its needs. This memory ability focused on the selectivity of data on the world is advantageous, in that it allows to go to the essentials, improve life and save time to succeed.
This sorting and saving time does not serve the individual per se. It is more effective when it is shared and made available to the human community, because it is through collective action that development and prosperity take effect. Thus, knowledge must not be compartmentalized, on the contrary, it is in its sharing that it proves most effective for societies. But then, how can we do that? How can societies, whether rich or poor, benefit from the advantage of knowledge? Is there a strategy to maximize the power of knowledge? It is all these questions that I am trying to answer.
I propose a way for you to ask for elements that are willing in such a way as to acquire and share knowledge in an intelligent way.
Knowledge, stripped of the superfluous of publication, in order to maximize the positive effect and adequate wealth that can foster the sharing of knowledge.
My conviction is that the use of knowledge must primarily be concentrated in its pooling, that the profit that emanates from it serves not only one generation, but the next, and the next generation, perpetually, continuously. And that's exactly what I'm proposing to discover.
For an ecosystem to survive and prosper, intimate collaboration among all the organizations that make up it is necessary. And it is in this that knowledge alone, that is, reduced to its publication status, devoid of an entity that safeguards and reuses it, inevitably leads to inaction that ultimately does not serve the human community. However, the provision of information, data, introduced and stored in a space, in the form of knowledge, is the goal that drives me.
In the past, the archive was forgotten, dusty, while it contains an infinite number of possibilities as to its potential for use. Since then, the Internet has become the new place of archiving where access to a data becomes much easier. Internet is a gold mine that unfortunately develops at high speed, which does not allow to crisscross what can be important for a saving use for individuals and societies. My goal is precisely to make this data controllable, accessible and visible in the form of knowledge.
The solution I am providing will hopefully help to address in part the problem of natural resources and their inability to make a country prosperous. Indeed, any wealth will leave poor one who will not be able to exploit it, so many examples confirm this: several countries have great natural wealth, without allowing real development. First of all, in order to break this problem and bring about solutions, the exploitation of knowledge about these natural resources is paramount: the more we know about something, the better we apprehend it, the better its exploitation. Then comes the sharing stage, because although a set of knowledge has been gathered on one object, its efficient potential will only occur in its communication to the other. Unlike the natural riches that are finite if they were to be shared, the correspondence of knowledge that underpins them and how to manage them remain limitless, communicable to infinity.
My goal is to allow you to acquire the knowledge subtracted from the superfluous that clutters it, in order to restore it in your daily life in a concentrated form. What I am proposing is precisely the notion of knowledge, which is fundamentally opposed to the publication that can be found on Wikipedia, for example. My primary concern is to present you with useful content that is not forgotten after reading.
Being aware of an entity called "knowledge," taking an interest in it and knowing exactly where it is for practical purposes is my dearest wish for you.
